ABOUT THE SPACE

Our Washington, DC store is nestled inside of the Anacostia Art Center.  We have 1000 sqft of flexible space.  Which includes flexible seating, projector, public restrooms, and more.  We have hosted book launches, pop up shops, dinners, talks, workshops, and more in our space which opened in 2013.  We have a mini fridge to chill your beverages and a larger kitchen on the lower level of the building that houses a full sink, refrigerator, and dishwasher.  Multi-stall restrooms are located across the hall and other retail stores and businesses occupy the space adjacent to our.  Additional spaces that are located inside the Anacostia Arts Center such as a lounge or Black Box Theater that holds up to 80 seats is available for additional rates and are available to rent on a first come/first serve basis.

Parking is available on the street in front of the building and the adjacent streets.   At this location, we can also organize a photographer and videographer to capture those important moments along with DJs, mixologists, chefs, musicians, sales staff and more.

ABOUT THE SPACE

Our newly built Baltimore space works well for intimate events such as mixers, pop-ups, panel discussions, private dinners, photo/film projects, musical performances, and more.  The street-front window provides for beautiful natural light.  There is a private restroom on the main level along with a deep sink and mini fridge to the rear of space which is great for workshops, culinary experiences, or beauty events.  Lighting is able to be dimmed to create the perfect ambiance and fixtures can be moved to accommodate your needs.  Seating and use of the upper levels which includes an Airbnb  apartment can be offered at an extra fee and depending on availability.  Outside food and alcohol allowed.
