Ethiopian Light Roast Coffee
From the Gigesa Washing station in Guji, this washed Ethiopian coffee tastes like a lemon blueberry pie with a graham cracker crust. The beans are sourced through a collaborative effort between Faysel A. Yonia and Mizar Coffee that supports the East African Water Project – an initiative to build 20 water pipelines between two Ethiopian villages. This coffee is lightly roasted to accentuate the explosion of flavors present in each cup.
