RETURN POLICY:
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly accept your return or exchange of an unworn, unwashed, unopened, or defective item within 14 days of receipt. Swimwear, lingerie, artwork, custom orders, perishable items, Kwanzaa Kits, "Final Sale", and merchandise returned after 14 days are not refundable.
Returns are at the Purchaser's expense and must be shipped pre-paid, preferably UPS or USPS, and in original packaging. Include a copy of your packing slip for reference. Nubian Hueman is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.
The refund will be in the same method as payment minus the cost of shipping. Your account will be promptly credited and a return credit receipt will be emailed once the item is safely returned and processed. Please allow 3-7 days for the funds to reach your account.
