Refund policy

Thank you for your purchase with Nubian Hueman and your support of our artists.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly accept your return or exchange of an unworn, unwashed, unopened, or defective item within 14 days of receipt. 

• Merchandise returned within 14 days of the purchase date or shipping receipt will be refunded to the original form of payment at the original selling price. 
• Any merchandise returned after 14 days is not refundable.
• Final Sale Policy: Please note that swimwear, lingerie, artwork, games, spiritual decks, Kwanzaa Kits, custom orders, perishable items, and items marked "Final Sale" cannot be returned or exchanged.

Returns are at the Purchaser's expense and must be shipped pre-paid preferably UPS or USPS, and in original packaging.  Include a copy of your packing slip for reference. Nubian Hueman is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping. Click the link below to request your return.

REQUEST RETURN

The refund will be in the same method as payment minus the cost of shipping. Your account will be promptly credited and a return credit receipt will be emailed once the item is safely returned and processed. Please allow 3-7 days for the funds to reach your account.
