Podcast Studio Rental Agreement

1. Reservation and Payment: Client(s) must reserve the podcast studio in advance through our online booking system. Payment for the rental fee is required at the time of booking to secure the reservation.2. Cancellation Policy: Client(s) may cancel or reschedule their reservation up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time without penalty. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled start time will result in forfeiture of the rental fee.3. Studio Use: The podcast studio must be used for podcast recording purposes only.  Client(s) are responsible for ensuring that all equipment and furnishings are used appropriately and returned in the same condition as they were found.

4. Occupancy and Conduct: The maximum occupancy of the podcast studio is 4 people including renter. Client(s) and their guests must conduct themselves in a respectful manner and adhere to all house rules and regulations. At least one Nubian Hueman team member will be onsite at all times. No pets allowed.5. Liability: Nubian Hueman shall not be liable for any injuries, damages, or losses incurred by clients or their guests while using the podcast studio.  Clients are advised to obtain their own insurance coverage for liability and property damage, if necessary.6. Termination of Rental: Nubian Hueman reserves the right to terminate the rental agreement and remove clients or their guests from the premises for any violation of these terms and conditions or disruptive behavior.

7. Indemnification: Clients agree to indemnify and hold Nubian Hueman harmless from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from their use of the podcast studio.8. Damage or Theft Clause: Client(s) are responsible for the proper use and care of all equipment and facilities within the podcast studio. Client(s) agree to be financially responsible for any damages or loss of equipment, furnishings, art, or goods caused by themselves or their guests during the rental period. This includes but is not limited to damage resulting from misuse, negligence, or intentional acts. Client(s) also agree to be responsible for any theft of equipment, furnishings, art, or goods from the premises during their rental period. Nubian Hueman reserves the right to charge the client for the full cost of repairs or replacement of damaged or stolen items. A security deposit may be required at the discretion of Nubian Hueman to cover potential damages or theft, and any unused portion of the deposit will be refunded to the client after the rental period, provided no damages or theft occur.9. Modification of Terms: Nubian Hueman reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.

10. Acceptance of Terms: By completing booking, Client(s) acknowledge that they have read and agree to abide by these rental terms and conditions prior to using the podcast studio.
